The difference with Motor Factors Group is that everything we do here is geared around you.

The company was set up in 1989 as a single branch. Today we have a new administration base in East Wellow, supporting seven distribution hubs in Southampton, Basingstoke, Salisbury, Christchurch, Winchester, Andover and Ferndown.

Why have we done this? Quite simply, to serve you better. As a motor factor we want to deliver what you want, when you want it.

That means we need to be in the places to bring parts to you as quickly as we possible could—so that’s what we did.

Each of those seven branches has a manager and assistant manager, as well as a team of staff and drivers. Each one of them have earned their place at Motor Factors Group, and those branches operate in many respects as individual businesses—they are not tied down by rules imposed from a remote ‘head office’. Therefore, these are fast-reacting ‘satellite’ operations which can move fast to respond to your needs, in your town.

We very much operate in the style of a number of family businesses, but we have the buying power to bring you the best products at the best prices. For instance, we were one of the first companies to link up with UAN, one of the country’s largest buying groups.

Our web portal is one of the most comprehensive in the market. You won’t find any flashy graphics, pop-ups or other annoying devices – you want a facility to get what you need, know how much it costs, order if you want, and come out. So that’s exactly what our site does.
